Cotton can shrink slightly when machine washed, but this extra margin ensures the sheets will continue to fit your mattress perfectly even after multiple washes. This also provides a better fit for thicker mattresses.

Earthing fitted sheets are stiffer than regular fitted sheets because they contain silver threads that don’t stretch. Cotton also has little to no stretch/elasticity, meaning a fitted sheet that fits very tightly around your mattress can tear easily. This is why our sheets are initially a little too large, so they stay true to size much longer after repeated machine washes.

How does grounding work during your sleep?

The Earth Your Heart grounding sheet comes standard with a connection cable and plug for the wall socket. This connects you directly to the earth via a grounded wall socket.
For even better grounding, you can opt for a 30cm grounding rod with a 20-meter cable that you can insert directly into the ground; this is easily ordered separately.

Is this safe?

Yes, the plug for the socket is plastic so there’s absolutely no chance of voltage from the socket being transferred to the grounding wire. The wire also has a 100k ohm resistor to further block any EMF, so only your body voltage is dissipated.

Avoid electrical outlets with the grounding pin

With the optional grounding pin, you can connect directly to the ground by inserting it into the ground. We’ve included an extra-long 20-meter cable to ensure you can actually reach your destination. This way, you can be sure you’re properly connected without needing an electrical outlet.

To make it easier to get the cable outside, we’ve added an extra connector. Now you can confidently cut the cable and route it through a tiny hole. Then you can click the cable into the connector and you’re ready for your grounded nights.
