If your order arrives before 3 p.m. on weekdays, it will go out the same day with Postnl. Postnl sometimes has some delays, especially at the end of November and December due to the holidays. But under normal circumstances the parcel will arrive at your home the next day.
For all products returned as new and complete in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt, you can receive a full refund of your purchase price.
Because we are not a big company like Bol for example, we do not have free returns but you may deliver the products as it is easiest for you and even deliver them to the showroom.

As long as you haven’t heard from us or Myparcel that Postnl has your package you can call, whatsap or email us to change the address.
Through Myparcel you will receive an email with the track number of Postnl. This allows you to see where your package is now.
Smaller orders we do in 1 box or join together in a seal layer. Larger orders like a lamp with a large roller stand come in 2 boxes.
We can ship to much of Europe by default but many more can be done on request. Some countries only have high shipping costs and long waiting time.
If something in the order should be different
Return and Exchange
As long as the package has not been shipped, we can adjust or cancel your order. So please let us know as soon as possible.
If an incorrect product was accidentally shipped, please send us via email a picture of what it is you received and your order name or order number. Then we can immediately arrange an exchange.
The smartest thing to do is not accept heavily damaged packages from the delivery person in advance. Should you find out that your package or its contents are damaged, take as many and clear pictures as possible: Shipping label, box as a whole, the damage to the box, the contents as a whole (in the protection if applicable), the damage to the contents. By sending these to us via whatsapp or the mail, we will have proof for a ‘case’ with Postnl and can make sure you receive new items.

When you don’t have urgent questions it is best to email or whatsap. Urgent questions are best handled by calling. Details are on the Contact page.
Because the website does not know if we are already packing your package, the smartest thing to do is to email, whatsapp or call. Then you have immediate confirmation that the address has been changed.
Yes you can just order the products and they will be shipped or backordered as soon as they are back in stock. Sometimes we cannot update the product page with expected arrival times, please send an email if you would like an expectation.
