Choosing blue light filter glasses

Blue light filter glasses block the blue wavelengths coming off screens and LED lighting, so you can keep working or watching in the evening without your body thinking it is still daytime. Every model here is a Lightbenders.

Which model suits you

• Already wear glasses? Take the Sofia clip-on or the Diana fit-over, which goes straight over your own frame.
• No glasses? Then pick a frame of your own: Gene, Ferry, Lucy, Theo or Isis.
• For children there is the Daantje, sized for a smaller head.

Which lens colour belongs to which part of the day is listed on each product page. The short version: the closer to bedtime, the stronger the filter can be.

Glasses or lighting

Glasses filter the light you already have. If you want to change the light in the room itself, replace the bulbs with blue block lights. The two work well together: glasses at the screen, blue block bulbs in the room.
